190 cals in a chicken burrito bowl. 15% sodium. Not bad at all and I get it with brown rice. Can't imagine eating anything that didn't have vegetables in it that would be any healthier.

So if your quac is only made from avocados, and isn't made of mayonnaise/processing/artificial crap, etc. And Chipotle does use only avocados. It is actually reasonably healthy. Avocados contain mono healthy fats and minerals and vitamins from the 'green' family that most Americans don't get enough of.
From a health perspective, skipping the cheese and adding quac is the way to go although it does add cost...
