I think it also demonstrates how much GMs in general like negotiating with unrepresented players. Seems like front offices would have little patience when getting in the weeds with people not accustomed to legalese and fine print. Then again, maybe they feel like they have a widower in a car dealership and are ready to present the Clear Coat option?
