Yep. I think his Combine time was 4.51, or something like that.
His time at his pro day was 4.42, iirc. Regardless, he never was a speed merchant. Which isn't that big of a minus at this stage of his career. True speed guys tend to fall off pretty quickly once they lose their speed, because they rely on speed as opposed to technique, footwork, etc.
Hop has always been an exceptional route-runner first, so even as his top speed diminishes he'll always have his technique/mechanics, and as we've seen with Larry Fitzgerald, TO, Hines Ward, and of course the GOAT, among many others, route-running doesn't go away. DH will be a dangerous WR for several more years even if he's running a 4.6.
