Wanting to be paid what you are worth isn't putting yourself before the team. It's not greed to want to be paid as much money as you can possibly get.
Anyone acting like Jones' value and Tyreek's value are the same is just insanely ignorant. Tyreek was traded, but we still have the greatest player ever to cover up any deficiency's his loss might bring us. Right now we don't have anyone on D that can come close to doing that.
