He's guilty as hell. We have all seen the video. You cant just grab someone against their will and stuck your tongue in their mouth, That's just unacceptable.
He cant get off. It would send the wrong message. He doesn't need to go to state prison to show no one is above the law. But, he will be convicted because you cant explain away the video.
