I’ve had to explain to a couple different people this week that I was a Chiefs fan before it was cool to be a Chiefs fan.
Both of their responses: “So before Taylor Swift?”
“Uhhhh, no. Before Mahomes.”
“Yeah, he’s good too.”
Never thought that when people said this team would reinvent itself a few times with Mahomes that it would’ve been like this.
