KC got Toney for a third round pick for a reason.
Calling him a first round pick, while technically true, is completely disingenuous.
As far as KC is concerned, he was a roll of the dice the dice who may turn into a star/high contributor or may strike out. That's the risk you take on an obviously high ceiling/obviously high injury risk guy with a mid draft pick.
Now Skyy just looks like whiff.
