2022 makes a fair bit of sense as we move beyond it a little bit. We kept asking "Man, how did the Chiefs win a SB in a rebuilding year?"
Well - they got career seasons from their 3 best players at the same time. All of those guys played at pretty much the highest level they're capable of playing for an entire season. When you have 3 guys playing at a 1st ballot HoF level for a season, that's gonna do a LOT of heavy lifting for you.
In the process it may have papered over some roster flaws that we'll need to address this off-season.

Yup. Jones went into this offseason gambling that 2022 was his norm and it was an outlier.
He is still really good but he isn't $30MM good, debatable he is $25MM good, and he isn't going to improve at this point in his career.
