Post a picture of the carb. But it will probably have either a single big bolt thru the bowl or 4 screws holding the bowl on. That being said it's 50% or less chance that spraying it out with carb cleaner is going to fix the sticky needle and seat.

My current favorite besides changing out with new is pull the needle and seat and polish the seat with brass polish on a q tip in a drill. Then clean and reinatall.
