Probably needs a needle & seat if it's leaking. Depending on the engine involved, you don't want it leaking because it can drip into the engine and contaminate the oil.

It was ethanol with seafoam in it. It has been a while since I ran it-even though I just put enough in to get it started. Non oxy is a pain to find.
Had the carb replaced at least 7 years ago. It was plugged
