Supportive therapy is all you can do. No need to take Immodium if you're at home (and you should be). Hydrate with something that will replenish your electrolytes and give you some calories, and eat relatively bland foods. There isn't evidence for the BRAT diet.
Also, there is no such thing as the stomach flu. The flu is a respiratory virus. You probably have a norovirus. Suffer through and remember that it should be short-lived.
