And that no matter what Barry did, he would never be better than Jim Brown. At his HOF induction, Barry's dad said he was the third best running back of all time: 1. Jim Brown, 2. father Sanders, and 3) Barry Sanders. I don't really celebrate Barry Sanders humbleness after watching that documentary.

It was a good show, I didn't come away thinking Barry was abused by his Dad. His Dad was a fun loving "Narcissist" if you want to call him one. He seemed to me that and took great pride in his son and his accomplishments. I never took it that his Dad was serious with his comments, like to Joke that Jim Brown was the best and ribbed Barry that he was better. Barry is just an introvert as far as personality and wasn't comfortable in the limelight. He truly cared about team first, and my God, the show reminds you how damn good he was and that we may never see another like him, ever.
