Two things stand out.
1 - man, Ewan McGregor just killed that scene. The animated moments with him have nowhere near as much weight.
2 - Hayden Christiansen is an absolute boss with the light saber. The action scenes are better in the live action and it's largely because Christiansen, for everything he sucked at, could REALLY swing that sucker.
