Getting Parsons and Lamb at 12 and 17 respectively has saved that franchise. I'm not sure how much of that credit belongs to McCarthy.

Yes but I'm used to seeing McCarthy choke away seasons with Aaron Rodgers in his prime. The fact that his incompetence wasn't total enough to completely erase a top NFL roster means he's over-achieving based on who I consider him to be.
