How to fix the NFL referee problem in 3 easy steps:
1) Allow additional challenge criteria (AKA: Pass Interference, hands to the face, etc) It will add an extra 15 minutes to the game time, big whoop.
2) Make them full time employees that get paid well.
3) Make them accountable for bad calls. (Fines > Suspensions > Termination)
