Gonna disagree with you on Matt Moore. He was already very good before he ever came to KC. He should have never been removed as QB1 for the Dolphins when they drafted that receiver from Texas A&M and installed him as QB (Tannehill). Moore was better than Henne in Miami and should have also started over him during their mutual time as Dolphins. He remained better than Henne when they were both in KC.

He was a Chief for one season at age 35. Won both his starts while Mahomes was out injured, but one of those wins was actually a loss due to a Shady McCoy fumble that cost the game. The win he did secure proved crucial to the Super Bowl win because if that was a loss, the Chiefs don't get a bye.

Reid didn't work any magic with him and didn't transform him. He was already a stud. Fearless player too - I don't think I've seen a QB less afraid of taking a huge hit while barely getting a pass away.

He was an absolute baller at Oregon State during his time in college. Before the Beavers, he was the starting QB for UCLA as a true freshman. He was also drafted as a pitcher by the Angels out of high school but chose the football route instead. Lucky for us.

Reid has plenty of accolades to point to, but developing Moore really isn't one of them.
