ATL Kingdom hires a caterer that the OPPOSING team recommended and send her money. She is a no show. After the fact BRC learns she has done this before.

A couple of observations-
Your first clue should have been her name BIRD LADY
It is best to do your own research and not depend on someone who answers the phones for the FALCONS to recommend a caterer
Last but not least- y'all took the money and did not provide the service. Those who paid should not have to wait on you to sort it out for a refund. They need to be made whole NOW.
