This is going to take time if she fights the refund. We want to make sure we are doing everything appropriately and in correct steps and timing. So there is no legal loophole to get out of paying us back.
The Falcons organization is involved in all these conversations. They want to team up with us to help us get our fans money back. I'm assuming to avoid the bad publicity. The Falcons throwing their weight around in ATL will hopefully get us some movement.
We are focused on getting the money back to fans, not putting her in jail. We get our money back, we can explore legal options. If we focused on jail, we may never see that money for years as the case works its way through the courts.
