Sorry, but your use of the word "angst" is not an accurate description at all. Just simply telling it like it is. What you say in your 2nd paragraph is true, but it doesn't change or refute my analysis regarding Bowlen.
Did the thought ever occur to you that Bowlen, Elway, and Davis should have been barred from HOF nomination due to their scandalous activities that involved cheating & violating the salary cap? Consider that long-time Major League Baseball great Pete Rose was barred from the MLB HOF for gambling allegations.
Are you going to con yourself into thinking that the scandalous activities of Bowlen, Elway, and Davis aren't right there along side the very thing that Pete Rose was barred from the MLB HOF for?
