All eyes on Shula at this point. If he coaches through the end of his contract, that's (at most) 60 wins in 5 years. 12 wins/season is almost dead-on his average. And he's average about 13/season since Mahomes took over.
Gonna be some significant changes over those 6 seasons, to be sure. But it's very much within range.
