In thinking about Starting or Heavy Rotation players aging and/or leaving....
- TE Kelce will likely retire.
- LB Tranquill will be 30 and slower (Veach is disgusted by 30+), and I think we have an "out" option after this year.
- RT Taylor will likely be a cap cut.
- WR3 Brown will likely test the market.
- WR4 Juju walks/gets walked.
- ED Omenihu will likely test the market.
- DT Penel will likely age out.
- CB Johnson likely gets walked.
- RB Hunt likely gets walked
- RB Mitchell likely gets walked.
- Veach will have to make decisions on S Cook, RB Pacheco, CB Williams, CB Watson.
- Veach will likely extend LB Chenal, CB McDuffie & ED Karlaftis.
- DL Chris Jones turns 32.
-----
POSITIONAL VALUE + NEED:
1. DT - Jones age, ONL's youth, and a whole lotta nothin. Good ones don't hit FA.
2. CB - McDuffie & Fulton (often injured)... Watson & Josh Williams could leave, Nohl Williams could be critical.
3. S - If Cook doesn't progress, this may be a bigger need; could maybe address in FA.
3. WR - Rice, Worthy & Royals are a nice trio, but we know what happens when guys start to drop. 2026 is a talented WR class.
4. TE - If Wiley doesn't develop, we have Gray and nothing.
5. RB - Turnover leaves holes, but can address in FA or Draft.
