I’ll also note that Hugh Jackman, the Aussie theater nerd, is a whole foot taller than comic-accurate Wolverine, also a hell of a lot less muscular and hairy... didn’t stop him from giving us the best Wolvie portrayal we’ve seen yet.
On a lesser note, the Pattinson and Ledger castings for Batman and The Joker were questioned and both ended up turning in great performances.
