Kendrick Lamar is probably the hottest rapper right now after this last year and he does rap about killing but mostly from a third party perspective. J Cole is definitely a conscious rapper. He never talks about killing and selling drugs. I believe his mom is/was actually a crack addict.
Travis Scott is really commercially successful, Eminem dropped an album within the last year or two, Future is still pretty big. None of those guys really talk about gang shit.
It’s pretty easy to rap about shit like money, cars, clothes, jewelry, women, and partying. Shedeur knows a lot about those topics, I’m sure.

Very true with what you said but again as I said, I do not know Shedeur and was just talking shit over a small clip. You could be right but you could be wrong. You dont know him either.
And how convenient you leave out guys like Future, Lil Baby. Lil Durk and 42 Dugg. All top rappers right now although Durk fell off due to his incarceration.
But all good and not a big deal. We will see if he can prove the haters wrong. Purdy was drafted in 7th and has done well for himself. Plenty of other examples. Jury is still out.
