I think what nychief is saying is that the Major league level staff, pitching evaluation and coaching have all done a fantastic job in turning things around. What we're wanting to see NEXT is that of the minor league system to actually start developing people under the new leadership philosophies. The top level of the org is showing the dividends, but for sustained success we have to wait and see how the guys from the lower levels come along. We want to see these changes to development top to bottom. Obviously, this takes time.
