The story, as I recall, was that Rose dated a girl (purportedly 14? 15?) back in the '70s, when he was in his mid-30s. One girl, I think. Pete claimed that she was older than that (but doesn't seem to deny that she was a teenager). And i think at the time the age of consent in OH was 16.
another part of the story may be that the man who accused Rose of this was down on his luck at the time. Or, that's what i read/heard, I think. Felt like a possible money-grabbing scam at the time i read it.
