He might as well have titled this the best QB and team defense combination ratings....
If you had to take the QB and his teams defense as a package then these are pretty good ratings....if you are truly rating QB's it is quite a bit off base as he is giving credit and discrediting QB's based on the teams success as a whole which will favor all QB's that have excellent defenses.
