Scanlon was a very good pickup as an undrafted free agent.

**Rich Scanlon, Syracuse (6-1¾, 249) Ran 4.59 and 4.64 at Syracuse's Pro Day.

**Was the defensive MVP at Blue-Gray Classic (college all-star game)

**Was ranked among Gil Brandt's top 10 LB's right before the draft--was the only LB on the page not drafted....http://www.nfl.com/draft/story/7234043

I'm from the East coast and saw him play--I was suprised he wasn't drafted.
