What system? Missing the playoffs for 6 of the past 7 years! Three playoff wins in 17 years?
I stopped giving Carl a pass years ago. I'd bet that most good GM's could have come to KC and could have produced better on the field talent and wins than CP has since '98. But a GM's job is also about filling the stands and that' why CP is still in charge. So, in a way, he is the best GM in the NFL to still have a job with his poor track record.
