A nice sidelight of having Lambert about 10 miles north and 5 west of my position, is that it is on an East/West footing. There is absolutely no reason for an airplane to be overhead. It'd have to purposefully take off and make a really hard turn to even get there.
Tons of air traffic 10 miles north, though.
