I don't think that's completely decided yet. He's looked a little better this year. If they had gotten Owens, and Heap would have stayed healthy, we'd have a better idea. Don't get me wrong, he hasn't set the world on fire, but he's still young enough to endure and come away a decent QB. We'll see.
