I am willing to bet I have to stop at no less than 10 toll booths to get from Gary, IN to Rochelle. And to top it all off, the toll roads are in worse condition than 294 EVER was. I would like to know what they are doing with all that money they collect. AH, well, at least I can avoid driving 0.5 mph for ages by taking the outer roads.

Well, stand by, because on January 1st the tolls are going up on all Chicago area tollways for all non-IPass users. You might want to check into it.
