After the recent weather here, my wife and I are considering a move to AZ or NM. Problem: We just bought a house and need a little equity in it before we move. We're thinking in 5 years or so. Doubt it will happen, though.
Thanks for all the help guys. My search will continue for the next few weeks, so I may bring this thread to the top every once in a while.
