I love the scene in Gettysburg when Col. Gamble tells Gen. Bufford that there are about 70 thousand men coming towards them and they hope to hold them off with their 2 thousand until Gen. Reynolds arives with the infantry.
Gamble to Buford: "Damn sure glad the rain stopped, wouldn't want anything to slow down Reynolds"
