I also have to agree with your take that Democrats are doing this just to "get even" as it were. I posted the links to back up my argument why I didn't want him to be appointed (following up from my post, #9). I [b]did not[/b], however, sign the petition that was also on the site. Let the guy get elected and, if I'm wrong, great. At least we'll have someone in there with integrity of beliefs. If, on the other hand, he pushes forth a right-wing agenda, I'll be the first to rail on him and say "I told you so." I hope I'm wrong.
