The judge or prosectution in this case made a serious error...they didn't give the jury any choice but first degree murder or acquittal...if they had allowed for a lesser murder charge, say 2nd degree, he would have been convicted of murder and served 25 to life...
19 years...unless it is without the possibility of parole, he will be eligible to get out in about 8 years...or less
In the mean time he appeals and sees no hard prison time for another year or more...this is sad...
I guess he'll be the first one picked for the prison football team and he for sure will be someone's biatch...and he did ruin his life for the most part...still...
Goes to show that celebrity will allow you to get away with murder...:mad:
