I know this might sound stupid, but you should put together a good resume and post it on monster.com. I put my resume on there, and searched the jobs in my area. You can apply online to most jobs and send them your resume that way. I just applied to as many jobs as I was qualified for and had people calling me for interviews off the hook. From there you can see which jobs you want to interview for, and which jobs are just a waste of your time. It was worth it for me, and it is free.
I also created a resume with Word, and e-mailed it to jobs posted on hotjobs.com. I got several interviews from that website too.
