Well, lately I've been waking up at about noon, since I've been working late into the night (a la 4 to 6 am), so my "midday lunch" usually is breakfast, and consists of 2 or 3 pieces of fruit.
As for when I eat lunch, I rarely eat out, since I work at home I generally just make a sandwich or two.
Let's not talk about weight. I'm 6'0 and am pushing 230. I keep trying to exercise by can't seem to keep committed to it for some reason. We've improved our diet somewhat, which has kept the weight constant, but there's still plenty of room for improvement.
