the chiefs can sign whomever they choose ... it's all up to how much money lamar hunt wants to risk.
there is a salary cap ... you eventually pay a price, but you can do just about anything you want short term.
we can trade for surtain ... sign sharper AND maybe Law later, if we REALLY want to.
