You mean pin your acid washed jeans up above your ankles by folding them as you roll them. A nice skinny tie (preferably with some sort of musical reference, like a keyboard) over a colored t-shirt and a suit jacket. Cap it with topsiders and no socks.
A couple of Sex Pistols and Ramones buttons on a pork pie hat would be optional.
