American League East:
Yankees - too much pitching not to win the division, though Rivera may be entering the twilight of his career.
American League Central:
Tigers - Yeah, it's crazy, but they have put together a very nice lineup and have a solid bullpen 1-2 punch with Percival and Urbina. The rotation needs to overachieve but Bonderman and Maroth are ready for the big time. You have to like Minnesota, but don't be surprised to see Detroit in the hunt.
American League West:
Seattle Mariners - Ditto what you said, people don't like their bats playing in that ballpark, but it doesn't make sense to me either. Good offense > crappy offense, in any ballpark.
American League Wild Card:
Boston - I think Oakland has lost too much to stay in contention for the WC spot through 162 games.
I really don't watch the NL much, so I won't attempt to predict anything over there, but thank God the MVP won't be Barry Bonds again.
