Seriously the best thing to do is replace it. 10 to 15 dollars will buy a replacement. Pop and keyboards are a lethal mixture.
If you must attempt to clean it, unplug it, rinse with water, dump/shake it out thoroughly. Poor rubbing alcohol in it (rubbing alcohol is a drying agent for water). Shake it around thoroughly and then dump it out. You must let the keyboard dry out for a minimum of 24 hours then you can plug it back in and attempt to use it.
