On the other hand, if people view her as "bannable", I must say that the difference between her and gochiefs is that she is older and set in her ways. She is less likely to change. Especially if she doesn't think she's doing anything wrong. The first step is denial. If you can get her past that, then you might have something to work with.

When numerous people point out her issues, some of whom are only trying to be constructive, then she isn't thinking that she isn't doing anything wrong.
She is simply refusing to make any attempt to change.
