Just the opposite. The only possible reason he would even come on the air in KC in the first place is in the interest of negotiations. He sounds to me like he's playing it coy, and trying to increase whatever offer we have on the table. Why else would he talk at all? It's not like free agents regularly come on the air for no reason in cities where they've never played nor ever had any interest in going.
