G.G.: Collins has a chance to be one of the top five quarterbacks in Fantasy Football this season and is the best option. The veteran has a list of weapons that include LaMont Jordan, Randy Moss, Jerry Porter and Ronald Curry at his disposal, and the Raiders will throw the ball downfield a ton.
Furthermore, the defenseless AFC West will offer little resistance to what has a chance to rival the Colts as the best offense in the league. His value falls a bit in leagues that penalize points for interceptions, but overall it's hard to pass on Collins.
