To my eyes, I look exactly the same as I did 40 pounds ago, and my clothes sizes haven't changed as far as I can tell. I haven't lost a fraction of an inch off my waist, and my face hasn't thinned a bit. It's kind of weird. I'm not sure where the weight disappeared from, but there's no doubt I've lost it.
