If you have the opportunity, and are close to the Science Museum, take the Duckboat Tour-it costs 25 bucks but it's well worth it, IMHO. It's almost worth the fare just to be cruising down the streets of Downtown Boston in a vintage WWII amphibious boat with wheels.
