I'd rather have Sanders than Jones anyway. Jones may be a little better with the glove, but Reggie would be better protection for Sweeney in the lineup. 21 HR's in only 93 games last year.

He's a true pro, and a player the young guys coming up would be wise to listen to.

Although I still think he should have been fired after last season, Baird has had a pretty good off season, and hasn't had to give up a single prospect to do it.
