50 years old today. Ugh.
I wanna know what happened to the last 30 years? Seems I was just 20 and then... 30 years went by in about 10 minutes. Inside, I'm perpetually 25. I still love old-school metal cranked to top volume. I'm still the same exact size I was in high school. I still have my hair. I still wear rock T-shirts and leather. I still gig regularly. I don't feel 50. The only thing really different is I now need reading glasses when attempting to read the phone book. Other than that, I feel exactly the same. Will I be 90 years old someday, sitting in my rocking chair listening to AC/DC? I think I will.
Just giving the young guys a glimpse of their future...
