I don't think there's ever been an issue in the NFL, but this reminds me of the Astros last post season, when they wanted the roof closed but the MLB said it was too nice outside & made them leave it open. I wonder if the NFL would do the same thing... say, if it was an otherwise nice January afternoon, but it was supposed to drop into the 20s by the second half...
