The funny thing, though, is that we went to college together but didn't know each other particularly well. Then we went to work at the same company in St. Louis in the same department without knowing it, and we both worked there for several years, generally in different buildings, so we weren't seeing each other every day. Then, without knowing it, we both applied and got accepted to the University of Texas for graduate school, so we lived in Austin at the same time.

Sounds like a stalker situation to me.
